Tony & Sara teach you how to fall safely, how to get up off the ground without exposing yourself to a threat, and two ways to get back up off the ground when someone is trying to keep you down.

Module 2: Standing

Tony and Sara show you a variety of ways to break off someone’s grip to help you create distance and remove yourself from a threatening situation

Self-Defense Advice

Vickie, Sara, Erin, and Leah are all experienced Jiu Jitsu athletes and helped teach our recent in-person self-defense workshop. During the in-person workshop they shared some advice / words of wisdom with the guests, and they have offered to do share some of that advice here too.
