Today we have a fun class with a nice mix of exercises: TGU, snatches, and heavy swings! Just when you think your heart rate will start spiking you get a nice break to recover.
Simple chipper today of cleans, press and squat variations. Grab a bell you can press 3-5 times and let’s go! Also Mike tells us all about Portugal and how lovely it is as a destination vacation spot!
Today we have a pretty “middle of the road” class comprised of a TGU variation we don’t often include, plus some heavy swings. Officer Mike even called it “humane” haha!
Happy Valentine’s day and happy heavy lifting! If you love workouts that give you a “pump” then today is your day! Heavy presses, squats, and heavy swings will make the sleeves of your T-shirt feel a lot tighter.
