Big emphasis on stability and core today. Grab a light-ish kettlebell (what you often use for presses) and maybe a little heavier one for some swings.
Grab your Simple & Sinister swing weight and one heavier, if you like, for 2 handed swings. Slow and steady here. Lots of swings!
